How do my orders get entered?

How do my orders get entered?

Key the card details into the terminal or the merchant dashboard, or batch-import from your order system. The channel processes and settles; where the order came from is your responsibility.

What stops chargebacks from eating the channel?

Three limits: chargeback rate above 1.5%, concentration above 30% in one issuing bank, daily declines above 25%. Crossing one cuts your processing limits first; 48 hours without improvement suspends the channel.

Does my terminal work?

If it accepts manually keyed cards, we configure it. The Terminals page covers the common models. If yours isn't there, send the model and firmware version.

When does the money arrive?

T+3 to same day depending on tier. That window excludes your bank's own processing time.

What share do I get?

15% to 20% by tier, fixed in writing before your first transaction, changed only by signature.

What do you need from me?

Entity documents, terminal model, expected monthly volume, settlement account. Run the 500 USD test first — then talk about volume.

Who is your upstream?

Not disclosed, and that is standard here. What matters to you is the gateway configuration, the descriptor on your MID, and the processing limits you were issued.

Can the rate go lower?

The published ranges are the ranges. Final terms depend on the file, and nobody here quotes a discount that isn't in the agreement.

How do we exit?

Either side, seven days' written notice. Unsettled amounts settle at your current tier.

What data do you keep?

First six and last four of the card, plus amounts. No full card number, no CVV — and we won't accept them from you either.
